As we are the approved distributor for Carl Zeiss dental microscopes and medical loupes in the UK we offer a comprehensive service and repair programme.

We pride ourselves on our after sales support and are committed to ensure every customer is happy with the level of service received and product supplied. In addition to the standard 12 month warranty period for new purchases, we provide a required repair service for both dental microscopes and medical loupes.

From a simple service and adjustment of your medical loupes to an annual on-site microscope inspection and servicing or moving an existing microscope we have you covered.

OPTIME Service Plans

When you invest in a Carl Zeiss dental microscope you should strongly consider the OPTIME service plans to ensure your investment is covered and maintained in optimum condition.

Customer Care at ZEISS goes far beyond the manufacturer‘s warranty. They are committed to helping you optimize your operations in every respect with comprehensive and innovative service packages. That‘s what ZEISS OPTIME is all about.

Carl Zeiss offer two OPTIME packages:

  • OPTIME Complete – offers peace of mind in a service agreement. It covers all service deliverables needed to benefit from maximum system availability and convenience, including spare parts coverage. The package provides timely, responsive and high quality support for devices operating in the most demanding medical environments, letting you focus fully on caring for your patients.

OPTIME complete covers all of the deliverables a customer needs in order to benefit from maximum uptime and a hassle-free service experience.

Deliverables include:

  • Preventive maintenance
  • Corrective maintenance
  • Spare parts
  • Safety and performance updates
  • Remote Service
  • Service hotline
  • Phone/chat support

 

  • OPTIME Advanced – includes both preventive and corrective maintenance as well as Remote Service to ensure a high level of system availability at a predictable budget. The package provides solid support to uphold workflow efficiency. However, it does not cover spare parts.

With OPTIME advanced, there are more financial risks borne by the customer in the event that a system malfunctions or must be replaced.
